By booking a consultation or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

RAGUKAI METHOD is a movement coaching practice operated by Nikola Jeremić, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Human Movement Specialist (Brookbush Institute), based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Nikola Jeremić is not a physician, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider. RAGUKAI METHOD coaching services are educational and movement-focused in nature. Nothing provided through this website, in consultations, or in coaching sessions constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, injury, or disease. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, chronic pain, heart condition, or any concern flagged during our pre-consultation screening, you must consult a licensed physician before beginning any coaching program with us. Information you share about pain or movement issues is used solely to tailor coaching sessions to your needs - it is not a medical intake and will not be used to diagnose or assess the cause of any condition.

You acknowledge that physical exercise and movement coaching carry inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. By participating in RAGUKAI METHOD coaching, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury or harm arising from your participation, including risks arising from the ordinary negligence of Nikola Jeremić or RAGUKAI METHOD.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikola Jeremić and RAGUKAI METHOD shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in coaching sessions, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

RAGUKAI METHOD does not provide a diagnosis or medical opinion regarding any condition you describe. If you report symptoms that may indicate a serious or urgent condition, you will be advised to consult a licensed healthcare professional before continuing, and we reserve the right to decline or pause coaching until you do so.

You agree to promptly inform your coach if you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction during a session, and to stop the activity immediately if instructed. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health and physical condition during our pre-consultation screening.

Consultations are booked through the scheduling tool on this website. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at ragukaipainfree@gmail.com. Booking confirmations and related communication are sent to the email address you provide.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the RAGUKAI METHOD name and materials, is the property of Nikola Jeremić and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
